Outbound shipments are packed at origin by our sophisticated staff using a wide variety of specialized packing materials, we take advantage of our global agents network around the world at destination and their professionals will arrange customs clearance on behalf of shipper, delivery, unpacking, setting of furniture and removal of debris on the same day of delivery. Extra service like handyman, maid service, and carpenter service will be on request, normally it will be provided by third parties.
For inbound shipments, we subcontract origin service and freight to our long-term oversea partners. After arrival of goods, we arrange complete China customs clearance on behalf of shipper, delivery to residence, unpacking and removal of debris. We can also provide extra service like handyman, maid and carpenter service through our contracted agent in China. We even provide welcome packages for newly coming expats include airport pick up, house hunting, visa application, orientation, language learning and so on
