After strict Ernst & Young audit, AMR becomes a FIDI Affiliate Member in 2021.The 2nd audit was done in 2024 and next audit will be done in 2027.
FAIM Quality Certification is unique among similar certifications and sets the benchmark for quality service in the international moving and relocation sector.

Independent Audit
FAIM-certified companies are regularly audited by an independent third party (currently Ernst & Young) to ensure that all companies adhere to the same high standards. Proof of FAIM compliance is a mandatory requirement for FIDI affiliates to be in compliance with FAIM compliance procedures at all times to maintain FAIM certification.
Requirements are extensive and strict
To obtain FAIM certification, company must not only comply with operational requirements related to service quality and supply chain management, but also need to prove that they are in good financial and organizational health.

AMR uses cutting-edge move management software to stay at the forefront of industry technology and provide efficient, consistent and fast service. AMR Utilization Moveware (a comprehensive move CRM) effectively manages the entire move process, including pre-move, operational planning, checklists, move documentation, step-by-step procedures, global agent communication and post-move review. In order to simplify the pre-move survey process, AMR adopted Mobi Survey applications. This user-friendly tool not only reduces pre-move survey time, but also improves data accuracy. The application allows surveyor to generate estimate tables with specific details, thus facilitating more professional moving details and volume estimates. These estimates can be easily shared via email, airdrops, and other communication channels such as WeChat and WhatsApp. AMR is always the first to enthusiastically take advantage of emerging technologies.
Digital List is the one we started using recently (March 2022). The digital list goes beyond the handwritten list in terms of efficiency, organization and instant accessibility for customers, ensuring accurate and collaborative item tracking, while its compatibility with other tools improves overall efficiency, saves customers from signing multiple pages, and contributes to environmental protection through digitization.
